PACT FOR SKILLS is one of the flagship actions of the European Skills Agenda, promoted by the EU Commission.
Launched in 2020, the project aims to support public and private organizations in updating and retraining new skills. For this reason, the Pact includes organizations (including the PICO Foundation) committed to fostering the green and digital transitions through upskilling activities—which enable workers to maintain their position in the labor market and pursue new opportunities within the company—and reskilling—i.e., leveraging new skills to reinvent themselves and completely change their career path.
All Pact members can find partners and tools, participate in webinars, seminars, and peer-learning activities, and receive updates on EU policies, tools, and best practices.
